Solid Single Core Tri-rated Cable

Application

Solid Single Core Tri-rated cable retains the same electrical properties as standard Tri-rated, except that the wire is a solid, single strand class 1 conductor. The conductor’s rigidity enables the cable to retain its shape when bent.

Solid Tri-rated is a PVC insulated cable that is flame retardant and can be used in high working temperatures.

Tri-rated cables are used for switch control in relay and instrumentation panels of power switchgear and for purposes such as internal connectors in rectifier equipment, motor starters and controllers.

To CSA Type TEW, UL Type AWM Style 1015 (including UL1028, UL1283 and UL1284) and manufactured to BS6231
